GTRS works on a flat rate fee of 10% of the total cost to company for the successfully placed candidate.

 

Retainers

 

We offer our clients the service of using a retainer with us by giving GTRS the sole mandate of all recruitment on site. Thus, saving our clients up to 50% on their yearly recruitment budget.

 

Labour Broking

 

We are committed to enhancing our clients’ productivity and reducing their costs. Full Outsourced Solutions entails us taking over complete operations and invoicing on a “per unit” basis
